Your privacy is our priority. We do not use your input texts or generated audio to train our AI models. Data processed via our GPU infrastructure is handled in real-time. Text inputs are stored only as long as necessary to generate your audio file and are purged from active generation memory thereafter.
Transactions are processed through Stripe. BlaBlaLabs never sees or stores your full credit card information. Stripe provides us with a "token" and limited metadata (like your last 4 digits) to manage your subscription, but your financial sensitive data remains on Stripe's PCI-compliant servers.
By default, generated audio files are stored in your account history so you can download them later. If you delete an audio file from your dashboard or delete your account, the associated files are permanently removed from our storage buckets within 30 days.
